Drunken Wagyu
This is the rarest wagyu in the world with only 3 head being harvested per month. All Takamori Wagyu originates from the single-farm of Iwakuni in Yamaguchi Prefecture, located close to the Dassai Sake brewery. Takamori Wagyu has famously become known as "Drunken Wagyu". Cattle are fed a sake mash which is a sweet, fermented rice that is incorporated into the cattle's feed from the brewery which produces a mild, silky flavor profile.
