How long can I store my products in the refrigerator and freezer?

All products can be immediately frozen and used at a later date. We suggest you prepare or freeze steaks within 7 days and burger and fish within 48 hours

How to prepare my steaks or seafood?

For steaks:

Preferred method is grilling on high heat. Allow steak to come to room temp for 1 minutes. Season both sides with salt & pepper. Over high heat (grill or cast iron skillet with 1 tsp olive oil). Remove steak at desired temp and let rest 5 minutes.

For fish:

Heat oven to 350’. Place on a tray and brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Cook fish in over for 5 minutes or until desired tenderness has been achieved.

How long does it take for my order to get to me?

Because we ship our meats refrigerated and our packaging can keep meats at safe temperatures for 48+ hours, we offer UPS Next Day Air so that no time is wasted getting your order from us to you. Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Monday will ship by Wednesday. Orders placed by 12:00 noon Tuesday will ship by Thursday. Orders that are placed Wednesday-Sunday will ship on Monday the following week.

Will my order shop fresh or frozen?

We are committed to sending you top quality items. Our products are shipped fresh with the exception of Wagyu products, which are shipped frozen.

Do you deliver to my zip code?

We deliver to all homes within the continental United States. Unfortunately, this excludes Hawaii and Alaska residencies because overnight shipping to these areas is impossible. If your home is located in mainland United States, you can expect to receive your meats in under 48 hours!

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
